Linköping is strategically situated next to highway E4 and the main railway between Malmö and Stockholm. The position makes it an easy destination to reach. Linköping also got it´s own airport with international traffic to Copenhagen with SAS and Amsterdam with KLM.

Linköping Tourist Information (Infopoint) you will find at Linköping Concert and Congress. Please contact us if you wish to purchase tickets to events, buy souvenirs or to learn more about what happens in Linköping.
 

During week 28-30, Linköping Konsert & Kongress will be closed. Instead, we refer you to Bergs Slussar Tourist Information, which is open daily at 9 am-6 pm and offers ticket service and Tourist Information during this period.

If I want to travel on public transport?

Östagötatrafiken: +46(0)771–211010.  Travel Centre: Järnvägsgatan. Most buses, commuter and intercity trains stop here.
Note that town buses do not take cash payments. Buy your ticket in advance at a sales agent, Quickomat or on your mobile phone. With a travel card you travel cheaper than with a single ticket.
Sales Agent: Pressbyrån and in the Travel Centre.
Tourist Centres sell pre-loaded bus cards with SEK100 on them.

Where can I park my car?

If I need to visit the toilet?

Public toilets in the city are located on Stora Torget, Ågatan, and also in the Gallerias Filbyter and Hemköp City.

I need to pump up my bicycle tyres – where can I do that?

Is there any Wi-Fi I can use when visiting Linköping?

Free Wi-Fi in Linköping city (under development). Initially you will be able to use the Wi-Fi network in Stora Torget, Trädgårdstorget, Lilla Torget and in St. Larsparken. During the winter and spring there will be successive development in surrounding commercial areas and the central parks.

Where can I find the Post Office?

Postal agents in Hemköp, Linköping City, and Hemköp Lucullus on Stora Torget.

I need to store my luggage

In the Travel Centre and in the Filbyter Galleria one floor down there are storage lockers. Limited capacity, for large suitcases.

Where can I leave my laundry?

There are no “do-it-yourself” laundrettes but for example, Vert Kemtvätt & Skrädderi http://vertkemtvatt.se/ and Drottningtvätten will take laundry.

I need to exchange money

You can do that at Forex – they have offices at Storgatan 32 and at X-change – they are located at Storgatan 34.

Where can I take out money?

ATMs are located on Nygatan by Stadium, SEB Stora Torget, Danske Bank St Larsgatan and Platensgatan.

Where can I buy souvenirs?

Linköping Tourist Centre – Storgatan 15, Medborgarkontoret – located in Linköping’s City Library.
