Visit Linköping & Co is Linköping’s tourism company.
Visit Linköping & Co is one of Sweden’s leading destination companies with extensive experience in tourism, events, and meetings.
Together with our large network of partners, we create experiences and market and develop Linköping as an attractive destination for Linköping residents and visitors. New attractions, large events, or national industry congresses – with us, no day is the same! We work with the entire city as an arena and have an extra responsibility to fill Linköping Concert & Congress and Saab arena. Visit Linköping & Co is a wholly owned municipal subsidiary of Linköping Stadshus AB.
Vision and Values
“Together we create experiences” is our vision. It means that we always strive to create new experiences and ensure that it is always an experience to participate in one of our activities. We create the experiences together with many different partners.
The company’s values are based on three key words: Joy, courage, and professionalism. The three words
work together, and it is the combination of them that we constantly strive for and that describes what we stand for.
Our Mission
The company’s ownership directive from Linköping Stadshus AB states the following about the company’s mission: “The company is tasked with implementing Linköping municipality’s guidelines for the visitor industry and events. The company’s operations aim to promote the development of the visitor industry and to hold more events and meetings in Linköping. Through this, the quality of life for residents is improved, and the attraction for visitors increases. Thereby, Linköping’s attraction is strengthened in the long term, and new jobs are created.”
In addition to the ownership directive, the company has two missions from the Municipal Board – the Event Mission and the Visitor Industry Mission, which include attracting and conducting major events, marketing, and developing the visitor industry.
Our facilities
Visit Linköping & Co works with the whole city as an arena, but has an additional responsibility to manage Linköping Concert & Congress and fill Saab Arena with events.
