Visit Linköping & Co is Linköping’s tourism and event company. We market and develop Linköping as one of Sweden’s leading visitor, event, and meeting destinations. Together with the municipality and business community, we work to increase growth in the tourism industry in Linköping to create an attractive destination for both Linköping residents and visitors.

Professional project manager

As a project manager for meetings, you lead each project with courage, joy, and professionalism to create a brilliant experience for our guests. We organize meetings, fairs, and conferences that can extend over several days and with hundreds of participants, always with the aim of exceeding the customer’s expectations. You surely understand that this requires thorough planning, professional colleagues who work well together, and a lot of on-the-job joy. Together with the client, you will plan their event and come up with ideas that make their days with us memorable. An important part of the job is also to find new customers and work on the sale of conferences and meetings. For us, interaction with each other and our visitors is of utmost importance, and therefore we are looking for someone who is a kind person who loves to provide world-class service.

• Does Visit’s new project manager have solid experience in managing large meetings and conferences? That’s a big WOW!
• A broad network of contacts is a success factor in this role, and if our new project manager brings that, we shout – WOW!
• Creating new customer contacts is, of course, important, and if our new project manager is a skilled salesperson, that’s a really big WOW!

Do you want to work with meetings, conferences, and fairs?

As a Project Manager with us, you are offered a permanent full-time position, with a probationary period as an entry.
