Babettes Kafferi & Bageri

On a small backstreet, one of Linköping’s oldest, you’ll find us. In a yellow turn-of-the-century house, we found our place on Earth and founded our café and artisan bakery in 2011.

Since then, the house has been filled with people, the scent of coffee, and the aroma of our bread and pastries from the bakery. We love cooking and baking from scratch, using real ingredients. Our selection varies with the seasons and is created with great consideration for the environment, minimizing waste and emphasizing reuse.

We cook and bake with care, focusing on beauty, taste, and creativity. Our buns and bread won gold, silver, and bronze in the 2023 Eldrimner Championship for Food Crafts. Evenings often see the house alive with music, conversations, and literature. A few years ago, we were proud recipients of Lars Winnerbäck’s cultural prize for this endeavor.
