Bageri Normandie

At Bageri Normandie, we aim to offer culinary craftsmanship with flavors inspired by France. French classics like baguettes, croissants, and pain au chocolat share the spotlight with quintessential Swedish elements such as cinnamon buns and bread.

We also provide breakfast and light lunches. Every Friday and Saturday, we create éclairs, a French pastry made from a special fluffy dough called pâte à choux, filled with various creams. The flavors vary from week to week.

At the heart of our charming space is the bakery, featuring an open production area where you can witness the art of baking. We use organic flours from Swedish mills and bake our bread with sourdough. In our cozy café, you can sit down, enjoy a cup of coffee, and indulge in a croissant while observing the bakers at work.
