Our food philosophy embraces the “nose to tail” approach, with a passionate staff dedicated to making the most of the bounty from our nearby farms and forests, using only the best seasonal ingredients. Pegs & Tails proudly uses Swedish and locally sourced produce whenever possible, and much of the meat even comes from our own hunting.
