Alone is a play about a person who has grown tired of repeating habitual conventions in interaction with their circle of acquaintances.

An eternal party game where the same opinions and behaviors are repeated in a limited number of variations. The question arises whether the stimulation from our environment in physical meetings is really necessary? Don’t we have everything we need on our own to develop and entertain ourselves?

“Loneliness is a luxury for some and an abyss for others.”

“Why are the instructions for the emergency equipment written in Chinese?”

“I always manage! – Surely, we will make it?”

A hundred people have been interviewed about what loneliness means to them, and the material has been used as thematic inspiration.
