Kulturting 2026

After last year’s success, it is finally time for the second edition of Kulturting!

On 14th March at Babettes Kafferi & Bageri – a place in the heart of Linköping where culture and conversation are always at the center.

Kulturting is an initiative that aims to strengthen Linköping as a cultural city by creating an inspiring platform for dialogue, new perspectives, and networking.

This year’s theme: Culture and democracy

We live in a time where the conversation about the role of culture in democracy is more important than ever. To delve into this, Kulturting is visited by:

• Cecilia Düringer – author, history teacher, and award-winning host for P3 Historia.

• Jonna Bornemark – professor of philosophy, author, columnist, and regular guest in Filosofiska rummet.

In addition to these inspiring speakers, the afternoon offers a political panel, live music, and of course mingling. This is the opportunity for you to connect with cultural actors from various fields and participate in exciting discussions.

There will be refreshments in the afternoon. After the event, Babettes will keep the service open for those who want to purchase food and drinks (non-alcoholic options are of course available).

Kulturting is completely free, but the number of seats is limited and ticket booking is required. First come, first served!
