William Bülow O’Nils sings Ruben Nilsson together with Daniel Östersjö.
William is a guitarist and singer with a great passion for the older literary song. He interprets primarily Ruben Nilson (1893-1971) but also Carl-Michael Bellman (1740-1795), Gustaf Fröding (1860-1911), Dan Andersson (1888-1920) and Fred Åkerström (1937-1985) among others.
In 2024, William debuted under his own name with the critically acclaimed album “En bättre värld: William Bülow O’Nils sjunger Ruben Nilson” where, together with his friend, producer, and fellow musician Daniel Östersjö, he takes a new approach to the bard, painter, and tinsmith Ruben Nilson’s songs. An album where traditional Swedish song meets rusty Americana tones. The album received a very fine reception with top ratings in HYMN and Hi-Fi Music and was, among other things, named the Visalbum of the Year 2024 by Musikmagasinet LIRA.
The food and drink service opens at 15.00. The performance begins at 19.00 and takes place outdoors. Dress according to the weather.
