Well-being and happy employees are the foundation of a successful business, and creating a healthy and sustainable workplace for all our employees in the long term is therefore a priority. Especially given the fact that our industry poses certain challenges around intensive work periods associated with events or seasonal activities and experiences. A focus on both physical and mental well-being is therefore central.

The company’s work environment handbook forms the basis of our systematic work with work environment and health issues and should permeate all activities. Currently, we do this through, among other things, occupational health service and protection committee, as well as wellness grants and health-promoting activities via a benefits portal. In addition to what we are doing at present, we aim to reduce work-related absenteeism, annually conduct a health-promoting activity, and ensure that the average temperature in pulse measurements exceeds the industry average.
