We are now looking for a star for Event Service who will help give our guests a fantastic experience.
Visit Linköping & Co is Linköping’s event and tourism company. We market and develop Linköping as one of Sweden’s leading visitor, event, and meeting destinations. Together with the municipality and the business community, we work to increase growth in the tourism industry in Linköping to create an attractive destination for both Linköping residents and visitors.

Working with event service with us
When our visitors come to us, we want to give them a fantastic experience and a reception that exceeds all their expectations. This is where you come into the picture. You prepare the premises and perhaps light torches before their arrival, roll out the red carpet, and assist them with technology. Or work hard before/during/after a concert at Saab Arena or outdoors.
The work will be varied where the days (and evenings) go by quickly. With a radiant morning mood, you can be early at work and prepare for the day’s events but equally enjoy ensuring safety and crowd flow during late nights and weekends. Working during the day to prepare premises and serve conference guests also sounds like a good change of pace to you.
The star we are looking for
You have a brilliant sense of service and shine in your approach to visitors and colleagues. Your commitment is contagious, and you are a true joy spreader. You know the ropes and can lead and distribute work in the group when the regular supervisor is absent. Being where you are needed and helping visitors and colleagues is second nature to you. Not surprisingly, everything we need to know is entered into our data system, so you need to be computer literate and master the Office suite.
WOW factors
You are great at administration and have experience working with events, fairs, and conferences. You can create drawings in CAD/Sketchup and plan for upcoming exhibitions and fairs. Big WOW if you are interested in technology and can assist our technicians.
