Åbacka trädgårdscafé

When the garden comes to life after winter, Åbacka Garden Café opens its doors. We operate from May 1st until the arrival of autumn.

With a setting of a little red cottage with white corners, we offer 100 seats in the garden area. Additionally, there’s a terrace overlooking the waterfront.

At Åbacka Garden Café, we serve coffee, tea, apple juice, and soft drinks alongside waffles with jam and cream. Should you prefer sandwiches or homemade pastries, those are also available.

On warmer days, indulge in our homemade Åbacka ice cream. Created in our kitchen with flavors sourced from the garden like raspberry and blackberry, as well as pistachio, cherry, and hazelnut from Italy. As the Swedish strawberries ripen, our strawberry ice cream is a delightful treat. Guests often favor the Mandarin & Lemon ice cream.

Many school classes and recreational activities often engage in outdoor activities on the common ground before enjoying a fika in the garden. In case of rain while you’re enjoying your fika in the garden, feel free to step inside the little cottage where we have seating for 20.
