Through sustainable and seasonal preparation, focusing on locally sourced and organic ingredients, we contribute to natural food production. Every step we take is rooted in a genuine love for natural ingredients and the experience of food. We collaborate closely with small-scale local suppliers and producers, offering a diverse range of ingredients from our vicinity.

On weekdays, we serve breakfast, lunch, and pastries, while evenings are dedicated to events, celebrations, and traditional Christmas buffets. Adjacent to the restaurant are our conference facilities, accommodating up to 450 people.
