The food philosophy takes you all the way from “nose to tail” where the staff is passionate about making the most of all the good from our nearby lands and forests and utilizing the very best ingredients of the different seasons. Naturally, Pegs & Tails uses Swedish and locally produced products as much as possible, and the meat often comes from their own hunt.
