They bake sourdough bread according to traditional methods with live sourdough. They also have bread with organic, locally grown ingredients. They handcraft and allow the bread to rise as long as the sourdough needs, up to 36 hours. Then the taste, the sourdough, and the craftsmanship come to their right.

They use top-quality ingredients and do everything from scratch. In this way, we can ensure to give that little extra, both in the bread and to the customer. At Ronaldo’s Bread, they bake all our breads with top-quality ingredients and sourdough. Their bread rises slowly and is baked slowly in their long-proofed stone oven, all to bring out the true taste of freshly baked sourdough bread.
