The Aviator

Welcome to restaurant Aviatören at the Air Force Museum. Here you can enjoy a lovely lunch or a relaxing coffee break in an aviation historical environment.

The lunch menu consists of Östergötland flavors presented in a variety of forms.

At Aviatören, all ages are welcome. There is a corner specially adapted for children and a wide range of ice cream in different flavors. There are also plenty of seats available, and in the summer, there is a cozy outdoor seating area located near the Leklanda activity area for the youngest guests.

Are you looking for a nice gift with a local connection or do you just want to treat yourself? At Aviatören, you can also purchase traditional food crafts such as locally produced charcuteries and dairy products just like at a farm shop.

Restaurant Aviatören is run by the restaurateur Pelle Forss and Gastromix. All dishes have a common focus on locally produced and climate-smart ingredients, which, together with sustainable food crafts, form the basis of all cooking.
