Andy and the Rockets visit Platens Bar and offer an explosive live show with heavy drive and a modern rock production. The band has established itself as one of the most energetic bands on the Swedish rock scene and despite turbulent years for the live industry has continued forward with full force. What was initially intended as a single release quickly developed into a larger creative project and resulted in a full-length album that showcased the band’s broader sound and strong songwriting. The first single “Hot Black Desert” set the tone – raw energy, melodic hooks, and a sound that draws inspiration from both classic arena rock and modern alternative rock.

In recent years, the band has also worked intensively on developing their live production. The result is a powerful and visually strong rock show where contemporary sound meets influences from the great rock acts of the 70s and 80s. The audience can expect a sweaty, loud, and uncompromising performance filled with energy, attitude, and singalong-friendly choruses.
