A harvest festival every time!

Imagine a classic market square. The air is filled with exciting scents of freshly baked bread and fresh vegetables. Among the market stalls, customers are bustling, shopping and talking with local producers about cultivation and breeding. You stroll around in a sea of colors and get to taste local specialties that are otherwise hard to find, and the goods at the market are the freshest you can get! Take the opportunity to have a coffee.

Since 2001, you can find the Farmer’s Market at the Yttre Borggården in Linköping. During nine autumn Saturdays every year, starting in August.

A unique market – the wide range of local products, the friendly atmosphere, and the selection that follows the seasons make the market special, but we also have two rules that make us unique. One rule means that the producer you buy from must have grown or raised what is sold at the market. The same applies to the main ingredient in processed food, such as jam or sausage. The second rule states that the goods must be locally produced, which means that the farms must be within a distance of 250 km from the market.
