Welcome to an outdoor movie at Skyltens courtyard!

This summer, Skylten invites you to a movie night in their courtyard, and you are very welcome. It costs nothing to come, so there is really nothing to think about! Bring your mom, best friend, date, colleague or whoever you want. Just remember to bring something to sit on – a folding chair, a blanket or the like. It’s fine to sit on the wooden deck, on the stairs, and even in front of the stairs on the asphalt plane. If you want to eat or drink something, that’s fine, bring what you wish.

The film was made on the theme “A Difficult Decision” during Filmkarusellen 2025.

Filmkarusellen is an initiative by Studiefrämjandet Östergötland in collaboration with Film i Öst, created for young filmmakers between the ages of 13-18. The project aims to promote the development of young talents in film production by providing equipment, budget, and coaching to create short films. The focus is on learning, development, and joy in filmmaking.

What did you do in 1984? The time before the CD, mobile phones, and the Internet? Do you remember the music, the clothes, the love? When Abra and Millan meet at a concert in the summer of 1984 in a Swedish small town, dreams of their own band awaken – “Tjenare kungen”. The road to the first single – preferably before Christmas – is, of course, at least said to be winding!
