Welcome to the Reuse Festival in Vallastaden – a vibrant day filled with creativity, music, crafts, and smart ideas for a more sustainable everyday life. The festival spreads out in five of Vallastaden’s lovely community houses, along the babbling brook, and among the neighborhood’s restaurants, cafes, and shops that invite with open doors.
Here, artisans, artists, and creators who work with reuse in all imaginable forms meet – from redesign and textile reuse to furniture restoration, art, jewelry, and circular services.
There will be a flea market, crafts for children, musical performances, and a string orchestra that fills the area with atmosphere. For those who want to learn more, the festival offers inspiring lectures on home preparedness, the reuse gallery in Linköping, and furniture restoration.
The Reuse Festival is a warm and curious meeting place where creativity and sustainability go hand in hand. Come and discover how many possibilities exist in what we already have – and be inspired by people who create new from old with both heart and imagination!
