Christmas in Old Linköping begins with the window display Sunday!
On November 22nd, window display Sunday is celebrated in Old Linköping. The city quarters are adorned with stars, fir trees, and garlands. Old-fashioned Christmas preparations are in full swing at Villa Lugnet and Solliden, and at von Lingen’s yard, you can see how Christmas was celebrated in a noble home 200 years ago. Mother Christmas lights up the big Christmas tree at Kryddbodtorget, and Linköping’s Lucia is crowned at the Folkpark Theatre.
In the shops, you can find unique Christmas gifts for loved ones, and at the cafes and restaurants, you can refuel and warm your toes!
