About the facility

Linköping Concert & Congress – a Swan and Green Key certified facility with its own restaurant, flexible exhibition areas, several concert stages, and attractive conference venues in central Linköping.

We offer over 20 attractive venues in the same building, which can be adapted according to your request. Whether you want to organize a concert, show, or are looking for a venue for a congress, exhibition, or board meeting, we have the venue that suits you.

Our own restaurant, Concert & Congress Bistro, composes menus according to the season and wishes and can serve up to 1,500 guests food at the same time.

Accessibility

Linköping Concert & Congress is well adapted for people with disabilities. Contact Linköping Concert & Congress if you have special requests or questions in connection with concerts, conferences, or other events, telephone 013- 190 00 00.

Disabled Parking

Disabled-accessible spaces are 20 meters from the entrance. There you can easily get in and out with a wheelchair.

Entrance Doors

The entrance has automatic door openers.

Elevator

There are two elevators in the facility. One is by the entrance at Vasavägen that takes you up to the facility’s entrance level. The other is about 5 meters from the reception at the entrance at Konsistoriegatan and takes you to the conference rooms on floor 1.

Borrow a Wheelchair

Linköping Concert & Congress has a wheelchair that we lend out; however, it cannot be reserved in advance.

Hearing Loop

All venues at Concert & Congress that accommodate more than 25 people have a hearing loop. In Crusellhallen, the hearing loop is on the parquet and lower gallery. For more detailed information, contact Visitor and Meeting Service at telephone 013-190 00 00.

Toilets

RWC toilets with wider doors are available on both the entrance level and the upper level.

Guide Dog, Service Dog, and Signal Dog

Guide dogs, service dogs, and signal dogs are allowed in the facility (other furred animals are not allowed in the facility).

Summer opening hours
We are now entering the summer season and would like to wish all our visitors a really wonderful summer!

The ticket office is closed for the summer from June 10 and reopens on August 19. Thereafter, our opening hours are the same as before: Wednesdays 10:00–13:00.

Our telephone exchange is open until June 30 and resumes on August 10.

During the summer, you still have the opportunity to purchase tickets via our website around the clock.
