Event Calendar

On visitlinkoping.se, we have our popular event calendar, where both visitors and Linköping residents continuously search for information about events. Please feel free to tip us about events at mailto:info@visitlinkoping.se. We reserve the right to determine which events and activities are displayed in the calendar. The events that are published should be of interest to a broad audience of visitors and Linköping residents. At the link below, you can read the guidelines for the calendar.

Events at Concert & Congress and Saab arena/Stångebro

For events conducted in collaboration with Visit Linköping & Co at one of the venues Linköping Concert & Congress or Saab arena/Stångebrofältet, certain channels are included in connection with the event. This is stated below and we also describe what image material we want you to deliver to us before ticket release.

Linköping Concert & Congress
In connection with ticket release, we publish the event in our event calendar on visitlinkoping.se and on and on konsertkongress.se. We also continuously upload upcoming events on our screens in the house – there are both vertical and horizontal screens.

Saab arena/Stångebrofältet
In connection with ticket release for slightly larger events at Saab arena or Stångebro or another larger outdoor arena, we publish the event in our event calendar on visitlinkoping.se.

Image material

We want you to deliver image material in these sizes to us before ticket release at Concert & Congress, Saab arena, and Stångebrofältet. (name the files according to the model below)

– 2426x1365_TM (Image for Ticketmaster if we are to upload the event there)
– 2160×2160 (for our web)
– 1080x1920_Stå_stories (Stories social media, vertical screens)
– 1080x1440_Instagram (Optimized for Instagram)
– 1920x1080_Ligg) (Horizontal screens etc.)

Please send us ongoing material for social media that we can publish when appropriate. We would appreciate it if you gather the material, for example, in a Dropbox or similar.

Bookable Channels at Visit Linköping & Co

Newsletter
Once a month we send out our digital newsletter Linköping Live to about 75,000 previous ticket buyers, primarily in Östergötland. A guaranteed spot in the newsletter costs 4000 kronor. We also offer the sending of your own newsletter to a customized target group. The price depends on the number of addresses, price example: < 5,000 addresses: 5,000 kr, < 10,000 addresses: 8,000 kr, < 20,000 addresses: 12,000 kr.

Entrance Boards
Five large double-sided large format boards placed along Linköping’s busy entrances and exits (see image). Format: 3145 x 1540 mm Price: 9,000 kr/one week 15,000 kr/two weeks

Digital E4 Signs
At the entrances to Linköping in the east and west direction, Linköping municipality’s digital billboards shine with mixed messages. Visit Linköping & Co handles bookings on the signs on behalf of the municipality. There are specific guidelines regarding what can be displayed on the screens and regarding events, it is primarily large events that may be considered. In this document, you can read more about the requirements for booking the signs.  Price: 5,000 kr/two weeks 10.000 kr/five weeks

Lamp Post Banners
Banners on lamp posts in Linköping city; Drottninggatan and Storgatan. More information on request.
