Restaurant Jord

With a view of Johannesborg Park, at Jord we always work in symbiosis with the nature around us. We present a unique tasting menu that is entirely dictated by what the season has to offer.

We choose to work with herbs, fruits, and berries that grow wild in our forests, which we pick ourselves, while also making good finds in our own gardens or with our favorite growers. Game meat from the region has an obvious part in our cuisine, and all the details we present have been hunted by restaurant owner Andreas Landén. Östergötland gets to take the gastronomic spotlight.

As our guest, you get to enjoy our menu without any prior knowledge of its content; we love to surprise you dish after dish and instead let you take the menu home at the end of the evening.

We have been at the address since we first opened our doors in 2018 and are housed in an ecological wooden building that utilizes rainwater and is powered by solar energy. Our dishes are served on handmade plates and bowls from local ceramicists and wood artists who know us and our kitchen well. We are very proud to be able to wholeheartedly focus on sustainability throughout our operations and are delighted to have received both three rings from the 360° Eat Guide and a green star from the Guide Michelin.
