Welcome when BrassUnit invites you on a musical journey around the world in 80 minutes – from Bach’s powerful Chaconne via Ewald’s Russian romanticism to Takemitsu’s Japanese miniatures.
Along the way, we encounter music from Bernstein’s dramatic West Side Story and Piazzolla’s fiery Libertango, before the journey concludes calmly with Ravel’s beautiful Pavane.
The concert length is approximately 2 hours including intermission.
