This year’s season finale will be a sparkling opera feast with beloved arias, duets, and trios with three of our foremost singers: sisters Johanna and Rebecka Wallroth, as well as Norrköping’s own world soprano Camilla Tilling.
Before the break, we will enjoy excerpts from The Marriage of Figaro, and after the break, we encounter Richard Strauss’ own response to Mozart’s masterpiece, namely Der Rosenkavalier. Strauss had conducted The Marriage of Figaro over thirty times before he composed Der Rosenkavalier, and the parallels between the works are many – not least between Figaro’s Countess and the somewhat more liberated Marschallin, as well as between Cherubino and Octavian.

The bag ban no longer applies to Konsert & Kongress, Saab Arena, and Stångebrofältet.
However, we recommend bringing a smaller bag – preferably no larger than 40 x 40 x 20 cm – to facilitate entry and storage. Bags may be searched at the entrance.

Linköping Concert & Congress is centrally located in Linköping, a short walk from the Travel Center. You can easily and environmentally friendly get here by bus or commuter train, see www.ostgotatrafiken.se www.ostgotatrafiken.se for timetables. From many parts of the city, it is also within walking distance to us.
