Where can I park when attending a concert?
Linköping Concert & Congress: a few spots outside the main entrance, larger parking at Katedral Norra and P-hus Baggen.
Saab Arena: directly outside the arena and also at the event parking Papegojan.
NOTE! During the fall of 2024 and in 2025, major roadwork is ongoing on Östgötagatan in various stages. It affects accessibility to the main entrance of Linköping Concert & Congress at Konsistoriegatan 7. It is possible to reach the main entrance, but it can occasionally be a bit tricky. Therefore, we recommend those driving to park or drop off/pick up passengers a bit away from Linköping Concert & Congress.
I cannot/do not want to attend the event, can I return my purchased ticket?
No, we do not redeem any tickets and do not exchange them for any other performance or time.
What should I consider when purchasing my ticket?
You as a customer are responsible for checking at the time of ticket purchase that the event, date, time, location, and price match your order. Cancellation of ticket purchase can occur no later than one hour after the printout.
You as a customer are also responsible for checking if the event’s date, time, or location has changed. Visit the event page for your event to see more information. Find your event in our calendar.
The ticket is a valuable document. Lost tickets are not replaced.
Can I redeem or exchange my ticket?
A purchased ticket cannot be redeemed or exchanged for another ticket. Note that a ticket paid directly at the time of booking is considered purchased. The Distance Contracts Act does not apply to the purchase of event tickets.
Do you replace stolen or lost tickets?
We do not replace lost tickets. If your tickets are stolen, you must file a police report yourself, and we do not replace the ticket in that case either. Remember that the ticket is a valuable document.
Why is there a service fee?
The service fee is intended to cover the cost agents have incurred in connection with booking, collection, and possibly refund occasions and is therefore the part of the ticket price that goes to the sales outlet. In the event of a canceled event, the service fee is not refunded. A service fee is added regardless of where or how you collect, book, or buy your ticket.
Is there a chance to get tickets even when the concert appears to be sold out?
When certain events seem “sold out” – do not despair! Usually, it means that the tickets are reserved – NOT ALWAYS SOLD OUT. As long as not all tickets are collected, there is hope that tickets will return to the system and be available for sale again. It is very rare for entire events to be COMPLETELY SOLD OUT. Moreover, a number of tickets are often released closer to and/or on the same day as the concert takes place. This allows us to see more precisely how the stage setup works in the venues. Feel free to try again a few days before or on the concert day itself.

Saab Arena, can vary, check the website or call013-190 00 00.
The time on the ticket – does it indicate when the event or entry starts?
The time on the ticket indicates the event’s start time. At some concerts, opening acts perform before the main act, which means the opening act goes on stage around the time stated on the ticket. For a more exact schedule, contact us at tel 013-190 00 00 or visitlinkoping.se.
Why is there an age limit for some events?
Guidelines for “Age limit 13 years”
To meet the recommendations of the National Board of Health and Welfare, an age limit of 13 years has been introduced. For events where there is an age limit, the ticket is provided with informational text stating that there is a 13-year age limit. The age limit applies even in the company of a guardian.
The National Board of Health (Environmental Office) requires that if children under 13 are to be present in the venue, the sound level must not exceed 97 dBa equivalent. The vast majority of artists, pop & rock bands believe that it is then not possible to properly recreate their music live. Therefore, the organizer has introduced a general age limit of 13 years.
For practical reasons, the organizer does not conduct mandatory ID checks (most 13-year-olds do not have an ID). It is acceptable if the person has a guardian who can confirm their age.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry if it is obvious that the person is not of age and does not have a guardian who can confirm their age.
It is important to wear hearing protection such as earplugs or earmuffs when there are high sound levels, especially for children and teenagers. Earplugs are available for sale in our arenas, visitors are responsible for bringing earmuffs themselves.

Can you bring your camera to the event?
