To make your stay with us as comfortable as possible, we can offer a variety of services. We offer the following conference services:
- Designing a suitable registration form with details on conference fees, hotel reservation, and other activities
- Receiving registration forms and registering applications and participation in activities
- Sending confirmation letters
- Invoicing and monitoring of those who have paid
- Name tags for registration and name badges
- We provide participants with maps of hotels, premises, parking options, etc.
- We provide a person at registration and an onsite contact person throughout the conference
Help with the practicalities at fairs?
Our event service staff helps you with all the practicalities, from planning the exhibition to building stands. With solid expertise and large resources, we can arrange everything from technical equipment to furniture and signage.
