At Passagen Linköping Art Gallery, contemporary art by local, national, and international artists is showcased – high-quality, compelling, and current art!

Several exhibitions are held in three different exhibition spaces each year, offering vernissages and other cultural events such as lectures, discussions, music, and dance performances.

Adjacent to the exhibitions is Ateljé Passagen, offering creative activities for various ages, primarily catering to children and young people. With the help of imagination and various materials, visitors embark on creative adventures with Passagen’s art educators.

You’ll find Passagen Linköping Art Gallery in the heart of Linköping, by Stora Torget, the city’s most popular meeting place. Surrounding it are numerous shops and restaurants, while the Cathedral and Linköping Castle are just a stone’s throw away.

The art gallery is housed in the grand and art nouveau-inspired Centralpalatset from 1908. For over a quarter-century, Linköping’s municipal art gallery has occupied this building. Historically, the gallery space served various purposes, including a market hall, but Passagen has been here since 1998.
