Who processes your data?

Visit Linköping & Co has taken technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, for example through authorisation controls throughout our systems. Only those personnel at Visit Linköping & Co who need to process data in accordance with the purposes laid out above will have access to your personal data.

For how long is your information stored?

Your personal data will normally be stored for as long as there is a customer/contractual relationship between us and no longer than a year after the termination of such a relationship. When processing of your personal data is no longer necessary given the purpose for which the data was initially collected, Visit Linköping & Co will erase the data in accordance with applicable law.

Your rights

You have rights regarding the use of your personal data:
•    The right to object to our processing of your personal data.
•    The right to demand that your data is deleted or that further processing of it is restricted.
•    The right to demand a copy of the data that we have related to you.
•    The right to rectify, change or update the information you have provided to us.
