Visit Linköping & Co AB org.nr. 556696-9464 (hereafter referred to as ”Visit Linköping & Co” or ”we”) would like to share the following information with you as a customer of and/or stakeholder in our services, about how we process personal data and how we comply with the legal requirements for data processing. Fulfilment of ticket purchases, collection of payment and provision of customer support.

How is the data collected?
When you order event tickets through our partner Ticketmaster.se, you are required to provide certain personal data.

What data is processed?
Contact information such as your name, email address, phone number and, if applicable, invoicing information.

Lawful basis for processing
The processing is necessary for Visit Linköping & Co and Ticketmaster to be able to fulfil our duties.

Newsletters

Purpose
Distribution of a newsletter containing information and offers.

How is the data collected?
The email information we use is collected either through your ticket purchases with our partner ticketmaster.se or when you subscribe to the newsletter on our website.

What data is processed?
Email addresses
First and last name
Postal address

Lawful basis for processing
The processing is based on our interest in keeping our stakeholders informed about our ongoing operations. You can unsubscribe from our email newsletters at any time.

Conferencing and events services

Purpose
To fulfil our contractual obligations toward you regarding conferencing and events services.

How is the data collected?
When you book conferencing or events services with us by phone, email or through our website.

What data is processed?
Names, emails, phone numbers, invoicing addresses, customer numbers.

Purpose
We use cookies on our websites in order to analyse, work with and improve your user experience of our websites, as well as to ensure proper technical functioning of said websites.

Information about how you use the website, such as the URL through which you are reaching the website, language settings and other identification information.

Who processes your data?

Visit Linköping & Co has taken technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, for example through authorisation controls throughout our systems. Only those personnel at Visit Linköping & Co who need to process data in accordance with the purposes laid out above will have access to your personal data.

For how long is your information stored?

Your personal data will normally be stored for as long as there is a customer/contractual relationship between us and no longer than a year after the termination of such a relationship. When processing of your personal data is no longer necessary given the purpose for which the data was initially collected, Visit Linköping & Co will erase the data in accordance with applicable law.

Your rights

You have rights regarding the use of your personal data:
