Kaffeteriet – Cykeluthyrning

Rent a bike at Bergs locks or in Borensberg and enjoy a ride along the beautiful towpath of the Göta Canal! You can return the bikes to the respective rental station, regardless of where you initially rented them. The bikes can be used during the regular opening hours of the rental stations.

Enjoy the Berg-Borensberg round trip, a perfect day tour covering approximately 42 km, where you travel along the canal banks. It’s also possible to cycle just one way, around 21 km.

You’ll encounter scenic natural views and a few watering holes for replenishing your energy, whether you bring a picnic or prefer to sit at a café table.

The route is easy to cycle, with a gravel surface and almost no hills. You might even come across the canal company’s sheep, serving as natural caretakers/lawn mowers.
