Linköping Art Gallery Passage

At Passagen Linköpings Konsthall, contemporary art is exhibited by local, national, and international artists – high-quality, relevant, and current art!

Several exhibitions are organized in three different exhibition spaces each year, and the art gallery regularly hosts vernissages and other cultural events, such as lectures, discussions, music, and dance performances.

Adjacent to the exhibitions is Ateljé Passagen, which offers creative activities for different ages, but primarily for children and youth. With the help of imagination and various materials, you can embark on creative adventures together with Passagen’s art educators.

You can find Passagen Linköpings Konsthall in the heart of Linköping city, at Stora Torget, the city’s most popular meeting place. Nearby, there are numerous shops and restaurants, and the Cathedral and Linköping Castle are just a stone’s throw away.

The art gallery is housed in the magnificent and Jugend-inspired Centralpalatset from 1908. For more than a quarter of a century, Linköping’s own municipal art gallery has been located in the building. Earlier in history, the art gallery space has, among other things, been a marketplace, but Passagen has had its operations here since 1998.

When you visit Linköping, take the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the public art in the city! There are a variety of exciting and noteworthy artworks in both large and small formats, including paintings and sculptures.
